The sutures are removed between 7-10 days. For the first two days, avoid showering and getting the bandages wet. Also avoid strenuous activity, saunas and massages for at least two weeks. The swelling and bruising take 2 weeks to start subsiding and maybe complete by one month
 
Result:
The face tightness can be felt immediately, however the swelling takes time to subside and to see complete result , which maybe by one to two months.
